Many front line JFS staff have never experienced the challenges that unwinding will bring and they will need additional support as they take on this endeavor. Please join OJFSDA for a webinar on customer service presented by Fairfield County Administrator (former Fairfield CDJFS Director) Aundrea Cordle.

The webinar will cover the steps to successful government customer service, so that county agencies can achieve better outcomes for clients. The presentation is appropriate for all JFS employees, from Directors to front line staff, with the goal of boosting employee morale, providing better experiences for clients and increasing overall organizational health.
