We’re pleased to share a preview of the agenda for our Annual Training Conference, May 12–13. This year’s theme, Resilience, showcases our courage to lead, adapt, and grow.
In an engaging keynote, Drew Dudley will reframe leadership as a daily practice grounded in six core values: impact, courage, growth, empowerment, class, and self-respect. His message reminds us that resilience is built not only in moments of crisis, but in the everyday choices that strengthen ourselves and those we serve.
The conference features over 60 breakout sessions across 11 tracks [Grid | Descriptions], plus the opening keynote. Together, we’ll explore innovative strategies, share best practices, and celebrate the resilience that defines human services professionals.
Session 308: More Than Words: Defining the Things that Define Leaders
JFS Executive Directors attending Tuesday or both days will be automatically registered for this session and should not select another 300-series session.
