To ensure an accurate count for the meeting room setup and lunch, all in-person and virtual registrations must be submitted by Friday, May 20th. For those who wish to participate virtually, the membership meeting will be streamed live from 9:30AM-12:15PM via Zoom but will not be recorded.
Please note that the registrations for the June 9th Director Only Training and June 10th General Session are bundled together on the same form.
A room block is available at Nationwide for those preferring to travel to Columbus Thursday evening at the rate of $129/night plus applicable taxes. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel online or by calling (614) 880-4300 using Group Code 282943. To have the Association make a reservation on your behalf, please email Kate with your arrival and departure dates as well as any special requests. Parking is free in any lot on the premises.
The cutoff date to reserve a room in the Association’s block has been extended to Monday, May 16th.
Dinner will be provided for those attending the Director Only Training on June 9th in the Ohio Dining Room. A continental breakfast and buffet lunch will be provided for General Session attendees on Friday, June 10th.
