OJFSDA's 2022 ATC Virtual Participation

Listening in to sessions with a virtual offering? Here's what you need to be prepared.

We are looking forward to connecting through the virtual offerings during our 2022 Annual Training Conference next week! To help everyone prepare, we wanted to outline the following event details and reminders so you can make the most of your participation.

EVENT PLATFORM

Sessions will be live streamed through Zoom Webinar. Use the link you received via separate emails from Zoom to join the sessions you are registered for at their scheduled date and time.

If you did not receive one or more of these emails, please contact Kate Neithammer.

For those with an existing Zoom account, please ensure that you have installed the latest update prior to the event. For those without a Zoom account, you will be directed to a web-based version of the Zoom app or you may opt to create a free account by visiting zoom.us/signup.

As a reminder, this option was designed as a virtual -not hybrid- opportunity and as such session recordings will not be made available.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Attendees will be muted upon entry to the webinar and will not have the ability to utilize video. The Q&A feature will only be available to report any technical difficulties you may experience.

CONFERENCE APP

The app will serve as your information hub over the course of the two-day event.

OJFSDA relies heavily on our event app for both in-person and virtual sessions. We encourage you to explore the platform to acquaint yourself with its functionality and complete your personalized profile to connect with other attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors.

  • To access the app online visit http://app.resultsathand.com/ojfsda2022, Sign In with this Email address and create or enter your Passcode.

  • To download the app to any of your devices, search for R@H ConferenceBeat Event App in your app store, select 2022 OJFSDA Annual Training Conference from the Current Events list, tap Go to Event, then Sign In with the email and passcode used to access the app online.

Within the app you will find the agenda, handouts, evaluations, and more. This is where you will find any important materials, such as PowerPoint slides, that accompany your session. We encourage you to log in and download available materials before your session if you prefer hard copies as you follow along.

This step-by-step app guide will help you navigate the app.

SESSION HANDOUTS

All session handouts are being made available by individual speakers and OJFSDA does not guarantee that all sessions will have materials available for download. If no handouts are posted, check back on the day of your session. You will retain access to all session materials from now to thirty days following the event.

OJFSDA will not be making any handouts available for download during the live sessions. Please access, download, and print/save the materials prior to the session’s scheduled start time.

All materials are intended for use only by OJFSDA conference participants. Other use or distribution is prohibited.

EVALUATIONS

All attendees are highly encouraged to provide their event feedback by completing their in-app session and event evaluations. Session evaluations may be completed at the end of each session and the event evaluation should be completed after the conference concludes.
